Hi, I’m Annabel
A Mum, Divorcee, Master Jungian Life Coach and Yoga Teacher who firmly believes that life after divorce can be magical.
Life didn't always feel like that for me though. When my marriage came to an end 6 years ago, I felt totally lost. Who was I outside my role of wife and full-time Mum? After months of feeling distraught, scared and radically overwhelmed, I knew I had a choice; to stay stuck or to use this crisis as a beautiful opportunity to reevaluate and recreate my life on my terms.
After months of relying on myself and external distractions to feel better, I realised that these sticking plasters only helped in the short term, and weren’t creating the transformation in my life that I was so desperately craving.
It was only when I started to turn inwards for the answers that real shifts began to happen. Yoga had always been my go-to for getting out of my head and into my body, but I knew I needed more.
More turned out to be Life Coaching based around the Theories of Swiss Psychologist Carl Jung. This incredible process enabled me to tap into the unconscious part of my mind - the part where my limitless true self resides - and release the past conditioning that had held me hostage for so long. The results were so transformational, I decided to train in this field. As a Certified Master Jungian Life Coach, it is my passion and privilege to share this incredible work with you.
I truly believe we have everything we need inside of ourselves to live a rich, beautiful life, but we often need guidance and help to unearth those hidden gems - especially after a major change like divorce. It takes courage to remove the mask we have spent decades hiding behind, and welcome in the parts we have pushed away. I am here to hold your hand and help you on this journey of self-discovery.
