Hi, I’m Annabel Lane — certified Master Jungian Life Coach, and founder of Red Dress Energy®.
For years, I supported women through divorce and identity shifts — and I still do. Today, my work has expanded to support people navigating major life transitions, whatever the catalyst.
I do this through a unique blend of shadow integration — bringing home the parts of yourself you’ve hidden — alongside embodied and visibility-based practices, informed by modern neuroscience and Eastern wisdom, that support real, lasting change in how you live and show up.
